For Attorneys Who Still Want Great Work.

If you live in Nassau or Suffolk and spend your best hours commuting to Manhattan, there is another way to practice. We handle complex litigation with the rigor, urgency, and precision of a high-performance firm without pretending that exhaustion is a business model.

Complex Litigation

Commercial, employment, discrimination, real estate, and business disputes that require real strategy, not recycled forms.

Tech-Forward Practice

We use AI workflows, Westlaw Advantage, paperless systems, and real-time collaboration to reduce friction and improve legal output.

No-Ego Culture

We care about the best argument, the cleanest record, and the smartest path forward. Seniority does not beat substance.

The Lieb Difference

We are not a traditional local firm. We are a litigation firm built around leverage: strong lawyers, strong systems, strong support, and a refusal to waste talent on unnecessary friction.

Fiercely Collaborative Our attorneys pressure-test arguments, strategy, deadlines, pleadings, and motion practice together.
AI-Enhanced Workflows Our systems reduce low-value repetition so attorneys can focus on analysis, writing, strategy, negotiation, and advocacy.
Business-First Litigation We litigate with judgment. Every decision should connect to leverage, exposure, case value, or client goals.

Our Practice Areas

We do not hire attorneys to coast through routine files. Our work requires curiosity, technical accuracy, and the ability to connect law, facts, procedure, and business reality.

Commercial & Business Litigation Contract disputes, partnership disputes, fiduciary duty claims, restrictive covenants, business divorce, and complex enforcement matters.
Employment Litigation Workplace claims, discrimination, retaliation, wage issues, executive disputes, and employer-side risk strategy.
Real Estate Brokerage Litigation Commission disputes, brokerage defense, agent disassociation issues, regulatory defense, and industry-specific litigation.
Discrimination Litigation Housing, employment, education, disability accommodation, and civil rights matters across agencies and courts.

Who Belongs Here

We are looking for attorneys who are intellectually serious, technically strong, and allergic to fluff.

You think first. You do not just look for a form. You build the argument from the facts, statute, rule, burden, and remedy.
You respect precision. No case, no statute, no talk. We value authority, procedure, and clean analysis.
You are tech-fluent. You see AI and legal technology as tools for better work, not threats to your identity.
You want your life back. You want sophisticated litigation without losing hours every day to trains, traffic, and performative office culture.

Current Opportunities

We are open to exceptional attorneys at multiple levels. We care less about title inflation and more about judgment, writing, rigor, and execution.

Compensation & Benefits

Attorney base compensation range: $90,000–$200,000+, depending on experience, licensure, skillset, and ability to independently manage matters. Eligible attorneys may also earn bonus compensation tied to collections performance. Full-time employees are eligible for health insurance, 401(k), PTO, and additional benefits.
