Inside the Mind of Andrew Lieb

Strategist. Educator. Litigator. Analyst. Learn what drives the founder of Lieb at Law, P.C.

What Drives My Work

The key to my success is that I outread everyone. Every morning starts with the New York State Assembly tracker, Federal Register, GovTrack, National Law Review, and the New York Law Journal. I study changes in law relentlessly because I refuse to guess. I make informed, strategic decisions based on facts, not assumptions.

My discipline is simple. I read, question, synthesize, and teach.

What I'm Most Proud Of

I built a litigation law practice with an exceptionally high win ratio. We serve as outside counsel to many of the top real estate brokerages in the country, numerous regional players, and represent insurance companies, brokerage firms, and adjacent industries that rely on both employees and independent contractors. Our work has helped shape how regulated industries operate.

I also founded Lieb School, educating over 10,000 active real estate professionals. I have authored over 40 CE courses and regularly update compliance protocols used by companies nationwide. I teach attorneys across the country through top CLE platforms and frequently appear as a legal analyst on major networks including MSNBC, FOX, CourtTV, Newsmax, ABC, CBS, Scripps, and NewsNation.

Law is Public Service

I believe that an informed society is a better society. Through Lieb School and national media, I explain legal reforms, compliance, and civil rights so the public can understand and act. I do not teach ideology. I teach what the law actually says.

Legal literacy is my form of public service. I aim to give professionals and the public the tools they need to protect their rights and make smarter decisions.

My Competitive Advantage

I am not just a litigator. I understand how my clients’ businesses actually work. I study their operations, systems, and revenue drivers. That lets me create legal strategies that are both commercially smart and legally sound. That is how we win. That is how we protect our clients.

Where Strategy Meets Personality

My best ideas come when I’m snowboarding. Or boating. Or hitting a tennis ball with my kids. People think I’m always working, but truthfully, my most creative ideas are when I’m just living life. Strategy does not only happen in a suit. It happens on the mountain, on the water, and at a backyard BBQ.
